This code is most often caused by the finisher lower tray being blocked form movement by an object such as a trash can or a storage box.
1. Turn the MFP all the way off (with the big RED toggle switch)
2. Remove any objects from beneath the path of the exit tray
3.Make sure the tray is not physically broken or misaligned--call Service if needed.
4. Power the MFP back on
5. Ensure MFP comes to "READY" state and no error codes are displayed.
REMEMBER:
Keep the area under and around the copier and finisher clear of obstructions.
